Earlier today, the City of Celina received the following information in a memorandum from our water services provider, Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD). Due to the damage of a transmission pipeline that serves municipalities in their portfolio, the pipeline will have to be shut off for repairs next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (July 19 - 21). The City of Celina in cooperation with the Upper Trinity River Water District (UTRWD) announced today an immediate implementation of Stage 1 Drought Contingency Plan water conservations measures.
Under this stage, residents will be asked to conserve water through mandatory and voluntary measures and to comply with restrictions on certain non-essential water usage. Click Full Story for more information.

While the amenities for the community are under construction, the developer has worked with The Bridges Golf Club in Gunter, TX to offer a Premier Golf Membership at a discounted rate available for all homeowners at Chalk Hill. The Membership includes full access to the club including the pool. There is a one-time Initiation/Registration fee of $1,500 and thereafter, monthly dues in the amount of $300 per month.
